  1. How do I sign up for FuelCircle?
  2. Registration is easy.  Click here to register now online.

  3. Is there a membership fee?
  4. No, FuelCircle is a free program that allows you to earn free fuel as you shop with participating FuelCircle merchants.




FUELCIRCLE POINTS

  1. How do I begin earning FuelCircle points?
  2. You must register as a FuelCircle member, once you have completed the registration process, you may begin earning points by shopping with FuelCircle partnered merchants and making qualifying purchases.

  3. Where can I earn points in my area?
  4. View a list of FuelCircle partnered merchants and locate those near you.

  5. How many points do I earn when I make a purchase?
  6. The number of points earned varies based upon the merchant issuing the FuelCircle points.  Each merchant determines the number of points issued with each qualifying transaction associated with their business.

  7. Where can I check my FuelCircle points balance and account activity?
  8. Check your FuelCircle points balance and account activity at the Manage My Account page.  If you are unable to manage your account online, please contact FuelCircle Customer Service Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at (877) 300-1768 for assistance.

  9. What are the advantages of accessing my account online?
  10. With online access, you can see all your account details immediately, including: your point total, the points needed to receive your next reward, earned points history, and the current dollar balance on your FuelCircle Reward Card.  Plus, you can view your account anywhere: at home, from your desktop or laptop or on-the-go with your smart phone or Internet-accessible tablet.

  11. How do I update my email, account information and/or preferences?
  12. Log in, and select Manage My Account page.

  13. Can I earn FuelCircle points and other loyalty program points at the same time?
  14. Yes, some merchants will offer the opportunity for you to earn FuelCircle points as well as points in their existing loyalty program.

  15. Do FuelCircle points expire?
  16. No, your points do not expire.  However, if your account is inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) months, FuelCircle reserves the right to close your account. Should your account be closed due to inactivity, any points in your account will be forfeited.  Please review the FuelCircle Terms and Conditions for more information.

  17. Can I transfer FuelCircle points to my family and friends?
  18. No, you may not transfer points from one FuelCircle account to another.

  19. I am not yet a member but I have purchased at participating FuelCircle merchants in the past. Can I earn points for those transactions?
  20. Unfortunately, you cannot earn points from transactions made before your FuelCircle registration.  However, once you are a registered FuelCircle member, you may begin earning points on qualifying transactions.

  21. How quickly are points and qualifying transactions updated?
  22. In most cases your points balance will be updated in real time, however, please allow up to 4-6 days for your account to reflect your qualifying transactions.

  23. How do I get credit for a missing transaction?
  24. If you notice that a transaction is missing from your account, please contact the merchant where the qualifying transaction was made.




FUELCIRCLE REWARD CARD

  1. What is a FuelCircle Reward Card?
  2. The FuelCircle Reward Card is a prepaid card that can be redeemed at the gasoline brand you selected during registration for your FuelCircle account.  The FuelCircle Reward Card can be used to pay for fuel or other products, at the pump or in store.

  3. How do I find the nearest gas station that will accept my FuelCircle Reward Card?
  4. The FuelCircle gasoline brands include: Chevron and Texaco, Sunoco, and BP.  To find the participating gas station location nearest you, visit FuelCircle's station locator.

  5. When do I get my FuelCircle Reward Card?
  6. Once you have earned 2,550 points, FuelCircle will mail your FuelCircle Reward Card to the address currently registered to your account.

  7. How much can I earn on my Reward Card?
  8. For every 2,550 points you earn, FuelCircle will automatically load an additional $25 onto your FuelCircle Reward Card.  The maximum amount that can be loaded on your FuelCircle Reward Card at any given time is $1,000.

  9. Do I need to register my FuelCircle Reward Card?
  10. No, your FuelCircle Reward Card is already associated with your FuelCircle account, and will arrive at the address registered to your account activated and ready for use at your preferred brand station locations.

  11. Should I throw away my FuelCircle Reward Card after I've used it?
  12. Save your FuelCircle Reward Card!  Future rewards will be automatically loaded to your FuelCircle Reward Card each time you earn 2,550 points.

  13. Can multiple members of the same household share one FuelCircle account?
  14. Yes, multiple members of the same household may redeem reward codes and certificates for the same FuelCircle account, but only one FuelCircle Reward Card may be issued per account at any one time.

  15. Will my FuelCircle Reward Card dollar balance ever expire?
  16. Yes, the unused dollar balance on your FuelCircle Reward Card will expire on March 31st and September 30th of each year, except any dollars earned in the 90-day period preceding each expiration date do not expire and carry over until the following expiration date.  Please review the FuelCircle Terms and Conditions for more information.

  17. Is my FuelCircle account identifier the same as my FuelCircle Reward Card number?
  18. No, your account identifier is your registered email address.  Your FuelCircle Reward Card number is the 19-digit number located on the back of your FuelCircle Reward Card.  Please use your FuelCircle registered email address when contacting FuelCircle Customer Service.

  19. How can I check my FuelCircle Reward Card balance?
  20. Use the Check Card Balance link at the top of the Manage My Account page.  Your FuelCircle Reward Card balance will also be printed on your receipt when you make a qualifying purchase at your selected fuel brand's participating location.  If you are unable to check your Reward Card balance via these methods, you may also call (855) 731-9998.

  21. How can I replace my lost/stolen/damaged FuelCircle Reward Card?
  22. Please contact FuelCircle Customer Service Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at (877) 300-1768 to report a lost/stolen/damaged card.  FuelCircle Reward Cards are replaced at our discretion.  If we decide to replace your Reward Card it will be deactivated and unavailable for use, however you will still be able to accumulate points in your FuelCircle account.  Previously-earned funds will be transferred to your new card, which will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

  23. Can I get a refund for the funds on my FuelCircle Reward Card?
  24. The remaining balance on your FuelCircle Reward Card is not refundable except as required by law. To inquire about a refund, please contact FuelCircle Customer Service Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at (877) 300-1768.

  25. Can I see the history of my FuelCircle Reward Card transactions?
  26. You are not able to see your FuelCircle Reward Card transaction history; but you can always verify your current Reward Card dollar balance and point transaction history via the Manage My Account page on the FuelCircle website.

  27. Can I have multiple FuelCircle Reward Cards/gasoline brands issued, active and associated with my FuelCircle account?
  28. No, only one Reward Card and one fuel brand may be associated with your FuelCircle account at one time.

  29. Can I change my preferred fuel brand? If so, how do I change my preferred fuel brand?
  30. Yes, please contact FuelCircle Customer Service Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at (877) 300-1768 for assistance with your brand change request.  However, FuelCircle reserves the right to deny brand change requests at its discretion.

  31. What happens to my old FuelCircle Reward Card after I change my preferred fuel brand?
  32. Your current card will be deactivated and unavailable for use, however you will still be able to accumulate points in your FuelCircle account.  Previously-earned funds will be transferred to your new card, which will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

 


THE FUELCIRCLE ONLINE MALL

  1. What is the FuelCircle Online Mall?
  2. The FuelCircle Online Mall is an exclusive service, which offers FuelCircle Members an opportunity to earn Rewards for qualifying purchases made with any of the 1,000+ featured online merchants.  For every FuelCircle Online Mall Reward you earn, we'll deposit 100 FuelCircle Points directly into your Member account. The FuelCircle Online Mall is powered by Loyalty Superstore, Inc.

  3. How do I login to the FuelCircle Online Mall?
  4. The FuelCircle Online Mall is exclusively for registered FuelCircle Members.  No need to re-register, or manage additional usernames and passwords!

    Simply, log in to your FuelCircle Member account at fuelcircle.com.  Once you've successfully logged in, click the "FuelCircle Online Mall" tab in the menu at the top of your account page.  Don't have a FuelCircle Member account? Click here to register, and begin earning free gas, today!

  5. How do I shop the FuelCircle Online Mall?
  6. Online shopping and earning FuelCircle Online Mall Rewards is easy.  Simply select an online merchant of your choice, click to access the merchant's online store, make a qualifying purchase, and watch your Rewards pile up!

  7. How do I manage my FuelCircle Online Mall account?
  8. Log in to your FuelCircle Member account and click the "FuelCircle Online Mall" tab in the menu at the top of your account page.  After you've been redirected to the Online Mall, locate the "My Account" link in the top, right-hand corner of the homepage.

    The Online Mall's "My Account" page provides an overview of your account and offers links to more in-depth information, including: purchase history detail, pending Rewards, earned Rewards and more!

    You may also leave feedback for the merchants you have purchased through by clicking the "Feedback" icon and completing the short form. We encourage Members to use this feature, as other Members may benefit from knowing more about your FuelCircle Online Mall shopping experience.

  9. How do I cancel my FuelCircle Online Mall account?
  10. Proceed to the "My Account" page from the FuelCircle Online Mall's homepage, and look for the "My Profile" tab; where you will see the option to cancel your account. After clicking the link you will be prompted to confirm your decision in order to avoid accidental account cancellation. Once your FuelCircle Online Mall account is canceled you will be logged out and your account will be removed.

  11. What communication will I receive from the FuelCircle Online Mall?
  12. You will receive emails alerting you of current discount and promotional offers, Rewards you've earned, and updates on additional earning opportunities, such as holiday specials.

  13. How do I earn Rewards through the FuelCircle Online Mall?
  14. You may earn Rewards simply by shopping the FuelCircle Online Mall site.

    After making a qualifying purchase, you should see your Rewards post to your account in a "pending" status within approximately 14 days.

    Rewards are earned when they are funded by the applicable merchant.  Although, the timing varies for different merchants, Rewards are generally considered "earned" approximately 45 days from date of purchase.

    Track your Rewards' status through your FuelCircle Online Mall account.  Once your Rewards' status switches from "pending" to "earned," you'll know your FuelCircle Points are on the way!

    Your FuelCircle Online Mall Rewards are cumulative.  This means you can shop and save with multiple online merchants through our Online Mall, and the Rewards earned from all your qualifying purchases accumulate in your FuelCircle account; accelerating your fuel savings!

  15. Why was I not awarded FuelCircle Online Mall Rewards on a purchase?
  16. Normally, Rewards should post as "pending" to your FuelCircle Online Mall account within approximately 14 days of a qualifying purchase.

    Although, we make every effort to reward our Members for all qualifying purchases, Rewards cannot be issued if the merchant does not pay. In the unlikely scenario payment cannot be obtained from a merchant, your account will not be credited. Here are a few scenarios that may result in Rewards not being credited to your account:

    1) You cancelled a product/service before receiving credit. 2) You were not logged in to the FuelCircle Online Mall prior to making your purchase with the online merchant, which means the merchant will not recognize you as a FuelCircle Online Mall shopper. 3) The item you purchased from the merchant was excluded from the Rewards program. Also, whenever you make a purchase that requires you to fulfill a reservation, you will not receive Rewards until the reservation has been fulfilled. This applies to airfare, cruise, hotel and rental car reservations.
  17. Do I need to enable cookies to receive Rewards?
  18. Yes. In order to receive Rewards for most offers and shopping, you must enable cookies. This is how the merchants recognize you as a FuelCircle Online Mall shopper and track your transactions. Most browsers by default allow cookies. Our cookies are unobtrusive and are only used to gather information in an effort to assure Members rightfully receive their Rewards.

  19. Can I shop online through the FuelCircle Online Mall if I do not live in the United States?
  20. No. The FuelCircle Online Mall is a US-based program that is only offered in the United States.

If you wish to cancel your FuelCircle Membership for any reason, please contact FuelCircle Customer Service Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at 877-300-1768.  Once your account has been canceled, you will still be able to utilize any remaining funds on your FuelCircle Reward Card at your preferred brand station locations.  Please remember, any funds on your FuelCircle Reward Card are subject to our funds expiration policy; and the remaining balance on your FuelCircle Reward Card is not refundable except as required by law.
